My life journey, like that of many healers, has not been an easy one. I have experienced challenging problems and soul-crushing situations that required me to re-invent myself to survive. In some cases, I was fighting for my life and that of my family.

I am aware of the extremes of our human condition, soul-breaking sickness, losing everything, emotional despair, but I also know that joy, happiness, wellbeing, vitality, and abundance are possible to attain after a disconnect from Spirit.​

My spiritual journey started in the Judeo-Christian teachings but growing up in Mexico, I was exposed since early childhood to the mystical teachings of our Nahuatl, Mayan, and Toltec cultures; its diversity and mystery are embedded in my soul.

In this quest for balance and regaining life purpose, I was led to learn and practice Energy Healing through Reiki & Shamanic Healing.

l enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any good Holistic Therapist.
