In this session, you will learn shielding or protecting techniques. Shielding has two purposes: Keep our positive energy raised and intact Block negative energy from people or situations that either drain you of positive energy or bring negative energy into your aura or space. The practice of shielding is based on intention and visualization. It is powerful and empowering. Psychic protection can be quite simple but should be practiced and used regularly to be effective.
