Level 2 (Okuden) Techniques within Usui Reiki Ryoho: A Traditional Approach Bearer of Light. Reiki level 2 teaches you how to work with more subtle and higher vibration than Reiki level 1, as it further opens the chakras and increases the energy flow in your bodies. It mostly works on the mental and emotional bodies and areas that need to be cleared or resolved so that you can progress and move on in life. In this training you will learn how to harness more Reiki energy and distance healing. The class ends with the Reiki level 2 attunement which is a process that attunes a person to a higher frequency of Reiki energy. This allows the person to channel Reiki energy and use the Reiki 2 symbols and mantras.
