WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST SESSION?

Reiki helps release and relieve stress, tension, and anxiety, calming your mind and body to enhance overall well-being.

During the Reiki treatment, you may go into a half-awake/half-asleep mode, allowing the energy to flow freely, letting it work where it needs to work, and balancing what needs to be balanced. It also lets your mind rest, and it is at this moment, that your Soul can begin to reconnect with Spirit and your Higher Self. In this state, you might receive some messages or "see" some images, and colors, perceive someone from your past, etc.


It is helpful to remember whatever it may be that you felt during the Reiki, for it is possible there lies the answer to the problem we are trying to find answers to.


At the end of the session, I will "wake you up" with the sound of a beautiful Tibetan bowl, and you will know we are finished. Sometimes it feels like a long time passed by, or you may feel like only 5 minutes have passed. This is because, for the last hour, your mind was in an alpha state (relaxed yet focused and receptive).


At the end of the session, we will go over whatever it may be that you felt during the Reiki, for it is possible there lies the answer to the problem we are trying to find answers to. 

DO YOU HELP TREAT TERMINAL OR CHRONIC ILLNESS?

Reiki has been found to be effective in reducing pain, anxiety, and depression and improving self-esteem and quality of life.

Reiki can be used as a complementary therapy to treat pain, including chronic pain and other conditions. Still, the person needs to continue to follow doctors' orders and treatments.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY FIRST TREATMENT?

Be sure you are wearing loose and comfortable clothes. I suggest my clients to bring socks because you will remove your shoes during the session, and the feet can get cold. You'll also may want to use the restroom before the session.
